Why we're doing a preorder

We're a small, real operation — not a big-box retailer sitting on a warehouse of stock. Preordering lets us order exactly the right amount of gear for the customers who want it, at a better price for you than waiting for it to land on the shelf. You're not funding a Kickstarter — you're securing a unit from the next confirmed shipment, at a discount, with the balance only due once it's ready to send.

How it works

Pay a $739.50 deposit today to secure your welder at the preorder price.
We order stock once the preorder window closes.
Your welder ships in our estimated window (23 Nov – 7 Dec 2026) — we'll email you before then with a firm date.
The remaining $1,580.50 is charged only when your unit is ready to dispatch.
Change your mind before it ships? Full deposit refund, any time — see our Preorder Terms.

Preorder questions

What if my welder is delayed past the estimate?

We'll email you with an updated timeline. You can cancel for a full deposit refund at any point before dispatch.

Is my deposit refundable?

Yes — any time before your order ships, no questions asked.

When will I be charged the balance?

Only when your unit is ready to dispatch, not before.
