These terms apply specifically to preorder deposits for the Karnage Portable Welder preorder campaign (24 Aug – 14 Sep 2026). Our standard Terms of Trade and Refunds Policy apply to everything else.
A 30% deposit (AU$739.50) secures your Karnage Portable Welder at the preorder price. The remaining balance (AU$1,725.50) is charged when your unit is ready to dispatch — not before.
We expect to dispatch preorders between 23 November and 7 December 2026. This is a genuine estimate based on supplier lead times, not a guaranteed date — we'll email you as soon as we have a firmer date, and again when your order ships.
If dispatch is going to run significantly later than this window, we'll contact you directly with an updated estimate. At that point — or at any time before your order ships — you can cancel and get your deposit back in full, no questions asked.
You can cancel your preorder any time before dispatch for a full refund of your deposit. Once the balance is charged and the unit ships, our standard Refunds Policy and your Australian Consumer Law / NZ Consumer Guarantees Act rights apply as normal.
