Forgeworks Supply Co is a New Zealand-registered business supplying welding and workshop equipment to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Orders are placed and paid for through our website checkout, processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in either AUD or NZD depending on your selected shipping region, and are current at the time of order. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed.
Prices are set manually for each region and currency rather than converted automatically, so the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay — no live exchange-rate surprises. GST (where applicable) is calculated at checkout.
We ship from our Brisbane, QLD warehouse for Australian orders, and from Auckland, NZ for New Zealand orders. Delivery timeframes vary by location and will be confirmed at checkout or by email after your order is placed.
Payment is processed via Stripe. We do not store your card details — they're handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act that cannot be excluded.
